I am ready to fluff my feathers and crow from the rooftops, because the silly season is upon us!
I love it!
I love everything about Christmas. It is taking every ounce of my being to hold off on the decorations till December, but I am busting the carols out at full blast all over the place (and don’t the kids love it…don’t they?!). The calendar is filling up fast and I am wildly orchestrating the social life of my children; the end of year concerts, the school parties, the kinder break-up, and the sporting finals. The husband has not one, but two Christmas parties…the rest of the year is madness. But me? I am a mum and I work from home. My ‘work’ Christmas party is normally a few cheeky proseccos at the kitchen bench.
But this year I have decided that I am the master of my own destiny!
I am throwing my own Christmas Party. I refuse to sit at home and hear everyone else’s funny office story parties, so I am doing this!! The date has been reserved and I am working on a venue.
BUT…
